Polished Purple Sunset Orange Labradorite Crystal Puffy Heart.  Purple or light orange flash will show at certain angles under light.

10-point scale of mineral hardness: 6.0 – 6.5 (10 – Hard, 1 soft)

Quantity: 1 Labradorite heart will be carefully hand selected at random from our beautiful stock. Each crystal shows some purple or orange flashes under day light.

Size: approx 4.7cm – 5.2cm in width x 2cm in depth

Weight: approx 80 – 95 grams per heart

These hears are carved from natural stone so they are not a perfect shape and flawless.

Labradorite member of the Feldspar family and is named after its location of discovery on the Isle of Paul, near Nain, Labrador, Canada.  This gemstone is very attractive when polished because the blue sheen of the Labradorite grains flashes out at many different angles.  Labradorite is also known by the name Spectrolite, or Rainbow Moonstone when the labradorite is in the white matrix.
