Delivery
We use Royal Mail for delivery. The order normally will be dispatched within 24 hours after receiving the clear payment. Dispatch cut-off time is 12 noon. We only dispatch orders on working days (weekends and public holidays do not count as working days).
Except for a few crystals which have a small delivery charge, Standard Delivery is free to any UK address irrespective of how large or small your order is and normally takes 2 – 5 working days. If you choose Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Working Day by 1pm, please submit your order before 12 noon as orders received after this dispatch cut-off time may not be despatched until the following working day.
UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd class delivery) – Free or a delivery charge which is only applied for a few of our crystals, the exact shipping cost will be shown during checkout before payment
UK Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Working Day by 1pm – £9.99 (flat rate)
Europe Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Airmail) – £3.99 (flat rate) or free for orders over £200 – 7 – 21 working days
Europe Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail International-signed-for / Tracked & Signed) – £12.99 (flat rate) 5 -7 working days
Outside Europe Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Airmail) – £4.99 (flat rate) or free for orders over £300 – 7 – 21 working days
Outside Europe Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail International-signed-for / Tracked & Signed) – £15.99 (flat rate) – 5 -7 working days
No Quibble Returns
Refund and replacement are guaranteed if you are not satisfied with our products, we will give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition. Please return them within 14 days after receiving your order.
If you asked us to send special delivery / signed-for or tracked delivery and paid for it, we will only refund the cost of Standard Delivery postage and packaging cost.
