These free forms are made from white fibrous Satin Spar which is a variety of Gypsum. The stone is often called Selenite, although the two are closely related (they are both forms of Gypsum), Selenite actually grows in large clear crystal forms. Satin Spar is a very delicate stone and can easily scratch and mark and should be handled with care.

These are roughly carved from natural stone so they are not a perfect shape and flawless. Due to the nature of these stones there will be loose shards or crystal.
