These slices are cut from natural stone and shedding of small crystals is normal. Natural inclusions, cracks and pockets are all visible and all part of the natural stone. Please handle with extra care. These are very fragile stones.

Rhodochrosite is a manganese carbonate mineral. In its (rare) pure form, it is typically a rose-red colour, but impure specimens can be shades of pink to pale brown.
