• Citrine is a yellow variety of Quartz, which is in turn a Silicate mineral. Most Citrine on the market are heat treated Amethyst crystals or Smoky Quartz. These Kundalini Citrine are completely natural direct from the mine with no polishing, cutting done. They have been washed and left untouched in their raw state. It varies in colours from a very pale yellow to a deep amber. All natural Citrine are a pale colour and the darker amber colours are heat treated stones. The name Citrine comes from the french word ‘citron’.
