Pair of half polished Cleoniceras Ammonite Stones

Quantity: 1 pair of Ammonites in total, will be randomly hand picked and packed for you, each single piece is beautiful with its own unique colour and markings. Each pair is secured in a small display box with plastic detachable stand.

Size per ammonite: approx 5cm – 5.5cm in length x 4.5cm – 5cm in width x 0.8cm – 1.2cm in depth

Care has been taken to ensure that weights and measurements are as accurate as possible, however please do note that these are only approximate.

These are sliced in half from natural stone so they are not perfect and flawless. All natural inclusions and marks are visible to the eye.

Ammonites are shelled cephalopods that died out about 66 million years ago. They are known as ammonoids and are related to other cephalopods—such as squid, octopuses, and cuttlefish—and they were early relatives of the modern nautilus.
No two Ammonites will ever be the same. Each has such a unique and distinctive pattern inside.
