Our dispatch cut-off time is 12 noon. Orders placed after this time may be dispatched on the next working day.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday only — weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

Returns Policy – No Quibble Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer a full refund or replacement. Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
Important Notes:
- If you paid for Special Delivery, Signed-For, or Tracked Shipping, we will only refund the equivalent cost of Standard Delivery.
- Return postage is your responsibility. Please obtain a Proof of Posting (free from your local Post Office) when sending your return.
