• Natural Polished Black Veined Rhodonite Crystal Sphere, Ball
• 10-point scale of mineral hardness: 7.0 (10 – Hard, 1 soft)
• Quantity: 1 Rhodonite Sphere will be carefully hand selected at random from our beautiful stock.
• Sizes available: 4cm – 4.5cm (approx 200 – 230 grams), 5cm – 5.5cm (approx 300 – 320 grams) or 5.5cm – 6cm (approx 500 grams). Please choose your size option from the drop down menu.
• Care has been taken to ensure that weights and measurements are as accurate as possible, however please do note that these are only approximate.
• Each sphere comes with a small wooden ring to display your sphere.
• These are carved from natural stone so they are not perfect and flawless. Natural inclusions, cracks and pockets are all visible and all part of the natural stone.
• Rhodonite is famous for its rosy red shade although another identifying colour for rhodonite is its dark brown or black inclusions. These inclusions appear as veins or colour zones, and they are caused by manganese oxide. Some rhodonite stones have so much manganese oxide, they appear almost completely black due to surface oxidation (rust).
